Admin Assistant
• Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• Candidates at least SPM and above.
• MUST able to speak MANDARIN.
• Must be willing to work in Bukit Jalil. (AURORA)
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
• Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
• Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment;
working independently as well as working on a team.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
• Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients.
• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
• Handle requests and queries appropriately.
• Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
• Monitor office supplies.
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
• Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines.
